If you want to fit the whole thing on a badge it will have to be one of those bigguns ['bout the size of a viscount biscuit. or a jaffa cake]
The cheapest t-shirt printing would probably be at the media centre in the uni library - thats where I made me 'slugs' tees [I think £1.50 if you provide yr own shirt...]
Actually, can you get me in with yr library pass? I wanna do some more...

I will dust off me badgitmacheeen + get to it. Ye shld go f'the full on T f'sure... you got a decent colour printer? You need to provide the image as a printout first and they do some transfer thingy. Badge will last longer me thinks [unless yr careful with a delicate hand wash yis.]
